Did no it have the right tools to complete my procedure. So my wife and I wasted a day off and another scope for no reason. Recovery nurse was rude! Felt like was being herded into a chute like cattle for my. Procedure. They made my wife wait outside. Doctor was supposed to call me with news of getting me into OU med. Where they have the tools to do their job. I never once heard from him. When I call office I do not get a person from the office I get an answering service person.
Very professional and on time. Every step was told to me so there were no surprises and I understood all that happened. Clearly the team worked well together and that made me comfortable. Would highly recommend.
My fourth procedure at this center. Facility and staff are always first-class.
