Do not go here, wish I could give 0 stars. My experience raised serious concerns about both safety and standard of care. And it's expensive to boot, and their billing staff sucks too. A nurse administered anesthesia without an anesthesiologist present. I was asked to estimate my own weight, which directly impacts dosing, and they did not verify it or weigh me. When I questioned this, I was told it “wouldn’t make much of a difference,” which is not reassuring when it comes to anesthesia. I had less than a minute with the physician before the procedure, about 30-40 seconds without 0 exaggeration, and when I asked a basic question, I was redirected to the nurse. After the procedure, the doctor never followed up with me at all. Results were handed to me by a nurse/assistant with no explanation or discussion. To make matters worse, the cost was higher than other facility that I’ve been to that provided significantly better care, including proper pre-procedure consultation, post-procedure follow-up, and anesthesia administered by a qualified anesthesiologist. I’ve had multiple colonoscopies before, so I have a clear baseline for what standard care should look like. This fell well below that, wish I never went here.
I was so please with all the personnel at the Endo Center. Robin I think was the lady who checked me in. Very sweet and professional. My nurse was Kolbie. She was caring and through. Kat started my iv. She was excellent. I have very small small veins. The nurse practitioner anesthesiologist was right on. He said 15 seconds I would be asleep I started counting to my self…I think I got to 5. 😊. The next thing I knew a nurse said Sherrye and I was awake. Great people!!
