The prices below represent our cash-pay prices for the most common procedures performed at Tulsa Endoscopy Center. Please note that if a patient has insurance, these prices may not necessarily reflect what a patient will ultimately pay. Insurance plans determine the rates for their members as well as coverage criteria and patient co-pay requirements. In many instances, depending on a patient’s insurance, their out of pocket expenses will be significantly less, and in some cases may be completely covered by their insurance for preventive health services. What Payments Will Be Due When I Arrive for My Procedure at Tulsa Endoscopy Center?

As a patient, your portion of fee responsibility is due at the time of service, including deductibles, copays, and/or coinsurance. After your procedure has been scheduled, your benefits will be verified. Following verification, you will receive a phone call regarding your portion of the payment.
